We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. I thought I would make "real" whip cream but got busy fixing other things and found yellow chunks in my mixing bowl. At first I thought it turned sour or something and then I had to laugh when I figured out I had whipped it too long and I now had yummy fresh butter! No complaints from the family, they loved the butter on the fresh rolls oma made.

LOL. Sorry but that sounds exactly like something I would do! :) Don't you love having to do more than one thing at a time? I have had some interesting dinners because I've gotten distracted. I bet the butter was so yummy!
