Ron had a broken neck....a C-2 fracture. The doctors put on this halo with 8 titanium screws. Yes...Ron said it did hurt . He had his angel riding in the truck with him that morning. He was hit from behind while he was at a red light. The man that hit him was bending down to pick up a can of soda that he dropped. I think he was going 40 miles an hour when he hit Ron. We are so blessed to have Ron with us. I keep telling him it wasnt his time to go..
